    I also find that patients who do their spinal hygiene exercises and cervical traction before bed sleep much better. It only takes a fraction of your time to do your traction! So work on your neck curve and you'll sleep better. Perhaps a cup of Total Tea (we have it at the office!) or Sleepytime Extra by Celestial Seasons before you traction, will really help you catch your Zzzz's! Dr. M :)
